Excellent customer service, great work ethic, fair pricing. What more can you ask for in a plumbing company? Balmore was very kind and explained everything in detail. We have a mystery pipe in the basement floor, and while another company said they couldn't get their camera through the pipe and that we would need to spend $$$ to get it "fixed," Balmore got the camers 21 feet in. His thorough work leaves us at peace knowing that nothing is wrong with that pipe, and we don't have to spend more money to fix it. We're very appreciative that he was honest and very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Quality Plumbing LLC!

Antonio answered our phone call when other major companies in the area dragged their feet. Our neighbors water heater ruptured overnight and the water entered our kitchen. By morning I had a puddle building up on the floor and was in need of help. I called what was supposed to be a reliable company but they showed up and said they couldn’t help until later that same week. I’ll never call the dark blue vans again. Somehow, I found Antonio’s ad and gave him a call. He came over and determined the water was coming from next door. The neighbor wasn’t home, but Antonio waited with me until they arrived. He proceeded to help my neighbor shut off the water and that same day replace the water heater. We continued to trust Antonio with plumbing services. Not just because of the high quality work, but because he cared to be there when we were in need of help. He takes the time to make sure everything is right. Most importantly, he answers the phone. He makes sure you’re alright. He makes sure we have nothing to worry about. He’s my first phone call for both urgent and non-urgent plumbing services. I feel better knowing I have his help.

Quality Plumber did an excellent job replacing and repairing my sump pump. This was after Michael and Son made repairs which flooded my basement 3 times and refused to refund my money. Quality Plumbing came in and within 2 hours had issues resolved. I’m very happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

I called on a Sunday afternoon hoping to schedule help for Mon or Tues due to a leaky faucet. Antonio came within 15 min.! It was a bigger job than I had anticipated and required him to turn off the water at the street! He then replaced my main house water turn-off valve and fixed two leaks under my kitchen sink. He was friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done. It took a couple hours, but he did an amazing job. Great clean-up too! Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs. He’s coming back to do more work for me!!!

Wonderful service! The team fixed my sewer line that was damaged with roots, which of course took about 1-2 days of work but they did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend again for any plumbing service later in the future.
